The Hawthorn Inn is only Queen Anne style bed and breakfast in Camden. Located overlooking Camden Harbor, near the base of the Camden Hills and a few miles from Lake Megunticook, the outdoor recreation, arts and adventure of the Camden region is all within easy reach. With an expansive back yard offering peaceful harbor views, guests enjoy breakfast on the deck in the warmer months, while observing the comings and goings of boats from Camden Harbor. In the cooler months, breakfast is served in the dining room and/or in a nook of the turret in the parlor. Exit the back gate of the property and Camden’s Harbor Park, with its beautiful water-view amphitheater, is front and center. The Hawthorn Inn is a four-minute walk into the center of town and all its shops, galleries, restaurants, plus live entertainment and workshops at the Camden Opera House. Each of the inn’s ten guest rooms is uniquely distinctive; some with Victorian décor, others with a more contemporary flair. Rooms vary in their amenities, with some offering harbor views and private decks or balconies, whirlpool tubs and private fireplaces. Three of the guest rooms can accommodate families and guests of all ages are welcomed to the Hawthorn Inn. Room rates range from $109 to $295 per night per night depending on room chosen, time of year and day of week.
